Liller Mae Dukes, age 89, of Russellville, Ky., passed away Thursday, June 20, 2019, at her home.

She was born in Muhlenberg County on Feb. 24, 1930, to the late James Earl and Bertha Mae (Mallory) Bilyeu.

She retired from Beltone, sit with the elderly and is a member of the Second Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Charles H. Dukes; three sisters, Pearl Laster, Minnie Buchannon and Sue Lynn; four brothers, Hershel Bilyeu, Joe Bilyeu, Billy Bilyeu and Denny Bilyeu, and her grandson, Josh Rampp.

She is survived by her son, Wayne Dukes (Sherry) of Brasstown, N.C.; her daughter, Rebecca “Becky” Rampp (Bob) of Bristol, Wis.; two brothers, George Bilyeu (Patsy) of Adairville, Ky. and Robert “Bob” Bilyeu of Jasper, Ala.; a granddaughter, Tara Scarlet Dukes Noland (Tim) of Brasstown, N.C.; two great-grandchildren, Madeliene Sierra Noland and Xaiver Duke Noland, and locally by three nieces, Gina Farley (Jeff), Georgia Bryson and Jennifer Young (Joey).

Funeral services for Liller Dukes will be conducted Thursday, June 27 at 11 a.m. in the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel. Burial will follow in the Forrest Grove Cemetery in Rochester. Visitation will begin Wednesday, June 26 from 5-8 p.m. and Thursday, June 27 from 8 a.m. until funeral time at 11 a.m.
