Russellville's Chloe Whitescarver looks for a lane recently against Todd County. The Lady Panthers are (13-4) going into the All "A" Classic this week.

Franklin-Simpson visited Russellville on Friday night for a district doubleheader against the Panthers and Lady Panthers. The girls got the win, 41-31 over the Lady Cats. The boys fell short 66-41.

The win by the Lady Panthers runs the record to (13-4) on the season and (2-1) in district play. They will play in the 4th Region All "A" Classic this week.

The Panthers (7-10) ended a two-game win streak with the loss to Franklin (8-7.) They had previously beaten Caverna (67-58,) and Jo Byrns (55-50.)
