It was a rainy night at Rhea Stadium on Friday. The game was delayed due to lightning, and the field was soft and slick due to heavy rain. Crittenden County took control of the game with the opening kickoff after running it back for a touchdown with less than 15 seconds off the clock. Russellville would soon force a fumble and get six on the board, but that would be as close as the Panthers would come to the Rockets. The final was 47-6.

Lennon Ries completed three passes and Jackson Hampton had two completions as quarterback. Jovari Gamble ran for 57 yards, Chevis Elliott had 14 on the ground.

Jackson Hampton scored the only points of the night for Russellville on the fumble return.

The Panthers will be on the road Friday as they face Fulton County.

The Logan County Cougars traveled to Calloway County on Friday for a big district game. The Cougars won 14-6 and take control of the district.

Wyatt Blake threw 6-for-6 for 106 yards. Davin Yates also completed a pass.

Blake was also the leading rusher with 62 yards and a touchdown. Jaden Sells caught two passes for 78 yards.

Logan County will travel to Hopkins County Central on Friday.
