Logan County leads the 4th Region in runs scored so far this season. The Cougars have crossed the plate 167 times this Spring. 15 of those came in a 15-0 win over Russellville.

The Cougars (14-2) only needed nine hits and four innings to get the win during the first Clash of the Cats game this season.

Chandler Silvey hit a double. Nate Woodall slugged two doubles for Logan County.

Davin Holloway had the lone hit for the Panthers.

Blake Wood went the distance on the hill for the Cougars. Wood fanned four, walked two, and allowed a single hit in the shut out.

Daylan Roberts went three innings for Russellville. He struck out three while allowing ten runs on seven hits. Nathan Cates threw the final inning for the Panthers.

Logan County sits at the top of the 4th Region standings with only two losses so far this season. They will travel to Clarksville to play in the Donny Everett Classic this weekend.

Russellville (1-7) will play at Caverna tonight. The Panthers beat Caverna the first meeting, 7-2.
