Property vandalized at Stack-n-Store Self Storage, off East Main Street, Auburn.

Sometime over the weekend, damage was reported at the east end of Sugar Maple Plaza at the property that houses the Sol Azteca Mexican Grill.

"Seems that a vehicle may have come around the building at a high rate of speed and lost control, running into the side and ripping out the metal and damaging a structural beam," states owner C.K. Hanks.

Authorities have been notified and are asking that anyone with any information, please contact either the Logan County Sheriff's Department, Auburn City Police Department, C.K. Hanks directly at 270-847-9913 or Eddie Hanks at 270-791-0610.

"The vehicle involved will definitely have damage," said Hanks. "If you know of this person or the incident, please let the authorities know immediately. A reward is being offered."

Also, this weekend, a storage unit was broken into at the Stack-n-Store Self Storage, 399 East Main Street, Auburn owned by C.K. and Jana Hanks. The storage customer's personal lock was removed and the latch broken.
