The Auburn Lady Tigers defeated the Lady Rams from Olmstead for another girl's middle school basketball championship. The final was 32-19.

The game was tight during the first half. At the break, Auburn had a 14-12 lead. Emerson McKinnis eight points in the first half for the Lady Tigers and finished the game with 16.

Auburn pulled away in the 4th quarter, scoring 14 in the final frame. Nora Epley hit two 3-pointers in the final period.

For Olmstead, Gracie Borders and Mallory Robertson each finished with six points. Chloe Newman had four on the night.

The final score of 32-19 gave Auburn the Championship for 2018-2019.

The boys final ended with a 36-27 victory for the Adairville Cardinals. Adairville defeated the Auburn Tigers Saturday night at Logan County High School.

Zane Batten scored a team-high 14 points for the Cards. Jack Delaney had seven in the win. Chandler Snorton and Corbin Rayno added six each.

For Auburn, Davin Yates and Isaac Stanley each had five points in the game. Clay Warden and Chance Sweeney had four apiece.

Adairville scored 19 points in the final period to pull ahead for the championship win.
