Logan Memorial Hospital announced that Kelly Whittaker has been named Director of Rehabilitation Services of LMH. Whittaker joins LMH from Lifeline Home Health where she served as a Physical Therapist.

For the past 8 years, Whittaker has been a Physical Therapist at several facilities where she has evaluated and treated a variety of patients. Her experience has helped her learn the needs and expectations of the patients while striving to deliver services at the highest level.

Whittaker holds a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Western Kentucky University. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association. Whittaker is married to Seth Whittaker, a native of Russellville, and has 2 children.
