On Wednesday, Feb. 12, agents with the South Kentucky Drug Task Force and deputies with the Logan County Sheriff’s Department responded to a tip that Kevin Rigsby, 34, a wanted fugitive was at a residence on Sycamore Duncan Road. Upon arrival, contact was made with Justine Botruff, 29, and Adam Marshall, 35.

Consent was granted for agents to enter the residence. An odor of marijuana was detected emitting from the residence.

While in the residence, methamphetamine, marijuana, and paraphernalia were located.

Both Botruff and Marshall were arrested and lodged in the Logan County Detention Center.

Botruff is charged with possession of a controlled substance first degree (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Marshall is charged with possession of a controlled substance first degree (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On Thursday, Feb. 13, agents with the South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force arrived at the residence of 886 Armstrong Street to attempt to locate Kevin Rigsby, 34, a wanted fugitive, as well as to follow up on a drug complaint. Upon arrival, contact was made with Mitchell Adcock, 54, Deborah Reynolds, 54, and Page Webster, 26.

Consent was granted for agents to enter the residence. When doing so, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located in plain view. A further search revealed methamphetamine in the living room, both bedrooms, and on Adcock’s person.

Adcock, Reynolds and Webster were arrested and lodged in the Logan County Detention Center.

All three are charged with possession of a controlled substance first degree (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rigsby was not located at either address. He is considered a wanted fugitive and possesses an active warrant of arrest for charges of manufacturing methamphetamine 2nd or greater offense (Class A Felony), possession of a controlled substance (first degree (methamphetamine) (Class D Felony), wanton endangerment first degree (Class D Felony), and possession of drug paraphernalia (Class A Misdemeanor). 

During the search for Rigsby that began Jan. 15, the South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force has charged 10 adults and one juvenile on felony drug charges. Rigsby is a convicted felon.
