    On Oct. 17, the Russellville Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a Pontiac Grand Prix being driven by Vingie Moore, 48, of Lewisburg for suspected DUI. During the investigation, RPD K-9 Jaxx was deployed to conduct an open air sniff around the exterior of the vehicle. K-9 Jaxx exhibited a positive alert on the vehicle, detecting the odor of an illegal controlled substance.
