Ruth Ann Schlabach, 54, of Guthrie, died Monday, Feb. 18, 2013, at her home.

She was born in Millersburg, Ohio on Jan. 18, 1959, a daughter of the late Owen A. and Ada Mae Miller Schlabach. In addition to her parents, Ms. Schlabach was preceded in death by her step-mother, Amanda Schlabach in 2010; her brother, Owen Schlabach Jr. in 2008, and her great-niece, Ada Marie Schlabach.

Ms. Schlabach was a homemaker and a member of the North District Amish Church.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Feb. 20 at 10 a.m. at the South District Amish Church with Bishop Daniel Beachy officiating. Burial followed in the South District Amish Church Cemetery. Visitation began at the church Tuesday, Feb. 19 from 2-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Latham Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

She is survived by her brothers, Freeman (Marie) Schlabach of Auburn and Leroy (Betty) Schlabach and Paul (Linda) Schlabach, both of Guthrie; her sister, Esta (Ammon) Brenneman of Guthrie; 16 nieces and nephews, and 42 great-nieces and nephews.
