Pauline Edwards, 93 of Benton, died Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013, at her home.

She was born in Logan County on Sept. 25, 1919, a daughter of the late Winford Robertson and the late Lorell (Bivin) Robertson. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Edwards was preceded in death by her husband, John Rhea Edwards; her son, Johnny Edwards; her brothers, Robert Robertson, Kenneth Robertson and Buch Robertson, and her sisters, Jean Lee and Jo Reid Robinson.

Mrs. Edwards was a member of New Zion Baptist Church. She was retired from Ashby Chair Factory where she worked as a line operator.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Feb. 8 at 10 a.m. at Collier Funeral Chapel in Benton with the Reverend Rodney Wallace officiating. Burial will follow in the Marshall County Memory Gardens in Benton. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday, Feb. 8 after 9 a.m.

She is survived by her sister, Shirley Womack of Woodburn; her grandchildren, Craig Edwards and wife Robin and Johnna Smith; her great-grandchildren, Ashley Smith, Matthew Smith, Samantha Lavender, Tyler Edwards and Travis Edwards, and her great-great-grandchildren, Emma, Sierra, Jada, Rosie, Brayden and Samuel.
