Stephen Wayne Williams, 72, of Sharon Grove, died Tuesday, July 17, 2012, at his home.

He was born in Russellville March 12, 1940, a son of the late Roscoe Williams and the late Vera Sears Williams. In addition to his parents, Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his wife, Ina Patterson Williams.

Mr. Williams was retired after 22 years from Emerson Electric and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church.

Funeral services were held Saturday, July 21 at 10 a.m. at Price Funeral Home with the Reverend Tom Moody and Reverend Carmel Hoskins officiating. Burial followed in the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation began Friday, July 20 from 6-8 p.m. in the funeral home.

He is survived by his sister, Marcie Patterson of Sharon Grove; his uncle, Earl Sears of Pottsville, Ariz.; his sister-in-laws, Kay Houchens - (Beverly) and Janis Fuston, both of Russellville and Judy Patterson of Hopkinsville, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
