Bernard McPherson, 74, of Trenton, died Friday, July 6, 2012, at the Clarksville Nursing and Rehab.
He was born in Dunmor Dec. 29, 1937, a son of the late Hudie and Connie Shelton McPherson.
Mr. McPherson was retired from Trane Company in Clarksville, Tenn. after 42 years. He was a member of the Pleasant Grove Church of Christ.
Funeral services were held Sunday, July 8 at 2 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home with Dr. Jon Partlow and Al Joines officiating. Burial followed in the Edgewood Cemetery. Visitation began Saturday, July 7 after 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Shirley Settle McPherson of Trenton; his daughters, Bernidea Fort and husband Randy and Debbie Guinn Jr. and husband Tommy, both of Trenton, and his grandchildren, Jason Fort and Matt Guinn.
