Imogene Holloway, 77, of Russellville died Sunday, Oct. 11, 2009 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green.

She was born in Logan County Sept. 18, 1932, a daughter of the late Stanley and Lottie Corrine Appling. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Holloway was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Alvy Holloway and her son, Terry Keith Holloway.

Mrs. Holloway was retired from Emerson Electric and attended East Side Baptist Church.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Oct. 14 at Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel with Brother Kenny Chyle and Brother Bobby Forshee officiating. Burial followed in the Dripping Springs Cemetery.

Pallbearers were, Jason Jenkins, Jeremy Jenkins, Josh Holloway, Adam Young, Brandon Fuston and David Holloway. Honorary pallbearers were, Robbie Fuston, Brandon Fuston, Matt Holloway, George Appling and Chuck Holloway.

She is survived by her sons, David “Butch” Holloway and wife Nancy and Dale Holloway and wife Lori and Howard Holloway, all of Russellville; her daughters, Elma Jean Jenkins and husband Glenn and Vickie Holloway, all of Russellville; 14 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.
