Ms. Long is the granddaughter of Marie Long and the late Paul Long, and the late Buck and Mildred Evans of Springfield, Tenn.
She is a resident of Springfield, Tenn., and a 2000 graduate of Springfield High School.
Mr. Canler is the grandson of Wanda Stinson and the late Billy Stinson of Franklin, and the late William and Evelyn Canler of Auburn.
He is a 2000 graduate of Franklin-Simpson High School and owner of Canler Masonry in Franklin.
The wedding will take place at the Springfield Church of Christ on Saturday, June 20, 2009. A reception will immediately follow at “The Center,” 401 N. Main Street, Springfield, Tenn.
