Hello. Last Saturday Marvine Borders celebrated another birthday. Wow, her cake must be terribly one-sided with all those candles. The reason I know, she is older than I am … haha. Helping her celebrate were Freddie and Barbara Borders, Patrick and Stephanie Coursey, Neil, Ross and Sloan, Jeffrey and Erin Borders, Bailey, Bethany and Emily, Andy and Keitha Pitchford, Aaron, Adam and Ace of Nashville, Mark and Frieda Pitchford of Paris, Illinois, Connie Williams and Connor, next door, and Brett and Olivia Pitchford and Brynn of Bowling Green. In fact, they were overnight stayers with grandma. She had a good day, she most always does.
Our sympathy to Phyliss and the family in the death of her husband Louis Baker.
Our sympathy to DeWayne and Wallace Whittaker in the death of their sister.
Also, our sympathy to Sheila Christian and the rest of the family in the death of her sister.
Elaine went to work Wednesday morning at Logan Memorial Hospital and before the day was gone she was in St. Thomas in Nashville. After a couple of nights, she is back home resting and trying to get some needed strength. Hopefully she can soon feel better.
A surprise, the new twins Paul Thomas and Mary Kate were at church this morning for the first time with their parents Dana and Mitch Cundiff. They are sweeties. Dana had Paul, so I got to touch him and smooch on him and guess what? Mitch gave me Mary Kate to hold for a few minutes. They were so sweet and I appreciate Mitch letting me hold her a few minutes. They are precious.
We had several visitors, most of them homegrown kids back home, maybe with their parents. Anyway, glad to see you, and come back.
