Mr and Mrs Jerry Wiles of Bowling Green, Kentucky have the honor of announcing the engagement of their daughter Carie Lee Wiles to James Nelson Wright, son of Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Wright of Cross Plains, Tenn.
Carie is the grandaughter of the late Buis and Dorothy Wilkins of Russellville and the late Guy and Ruby Wiles of Sharon Grove. Carie graduated from Logan County High School and Western Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in design, textiles and apparel merchandising. She owns and operates a boutique in Cross Plains, Tenn.
Jay is the grandson son of Ruby Covington and the late James J. Covington and Frances and the late Charles Wright, all of Cross Plains, Tenn. Jay graduated from East Robertson High School and attended Western Kentucky University. He owns and operates Windy Acres Farms along with his father in Cross Plains, Tenn.
The couple will be joined in marriage on May 18, 2013. There will be an outdoor wedding ceremony and reception in Orlinda, Tenn. Formal Invitations will be sent.
