Our wandering two, Jeff and Sheila Barrow, are home again after a few days in Florida. Glad they are back safe and sound and had a good trip.
James Fuller is not feeling real good. Right now he is waiting to get a report from his doctor.
I really enjoyed Valentine’s Day. Judy Jernigan and I went to the luncheon that was given at the Methodist church and my goodness all the eats they had. I had heard there were 57 there. We sure thank you for all that for us older folks. Well, there were some much younger people there. This was the Methodist church at Lewisburg. Again, many thanks, it was good.
Master Chandler Jackson is again to have more surgery. This is from where the dog did him in. He is one lucky kid. The Lord sure had His hand of protection on Chandler.
Louise Carver, mom of Elaine, who lives in Rosewood, has been in the local hospital, she is home now and hopefully feeling much better.
Our sympathy to Bro.l Sam Romines and the family in the recent death of his mom.
Martine Brown had a birthday the 19th, however, she was invited out Saturday night and they took her to the Chinese place in Greenville. Those helping enjoy the day were Rozena and Pat Stanley and Jay, Lynn and Jeff Scott and Kayla. They really enjoyed the time, as well as the eats.
Those in here this week have been Judy Jernigan, Stacey Jernigan, Kim Richardson and Marvine Borders.
On Sunday I attended church services with Stanley and Elaine at Hazel Creek, while there, they had a baptismal service in which a niece of Elaine’s, Chelsea Seigers was baptised. Chelsea was saved in one of the meetings of Xtreme Impact. After the service, I think there were 15 of us, we ate at the China Buffet. I sure enjoyed that too.
I got to see Elaine’s mom, Louise Carver, who was in the local hospital this past week. They said she was doing alright. So glad to see her able to be out.
As of this morning (Monday), Sue Fuller was admitted to the local hospital by ambulance. Sue has a lot of back trouble and this morning it quit working and she is in severe pain. Hope she soon feels better.
See ya next time.
