Ruth Ella Hampton Finch, 60, of Russellville, died Jan. 13, 2013 at Logan County Hospital.

She was born in Logan County on May 18, 1952, a daughter of the late Lewis and Lucille Viers Hampton.

Mrs. Finch was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church and was a domestic.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Jan. 18 at 1 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Russellville, Ky. with the Reverend Sammie Spencer officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery in Russellville, Ky. Visitation began at the church Thursday, Jan. 17 from 5-7 p.m.

She is survived by her husband, John Finch; her sons, Marvin (Faith) Gordan, Maurice Gordan and Trevor Hampton; her daughters, Felecia (Eric) Alston and Katrece (Elllis) Bellamy; her step-daughters, Shelia Gordan and Sherry Nourse; her sisters, Geraldine (James) Posey, Donita Smith and Aurora Murrell; her brothers, Leroy (Joyce) Hampton, Abra Hampton and Dalmatia (Judy) Hampton; 17 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
