The Macedonia Baptist Church Scholarship Fund awarded a $2,700 scholarship for 2012 to Audarshia Zhane Faulkner, a graduate of Logan County High School. She will attend Western Kentucky University and major in either nursing or Psychology. Audarshia is the daughter of Rodney and Jennifer Faulkner of Auburn, Ky.
Elder Samuel Hunter Jr. is the pastor of Macedonia Baptist Church in Auburn, Ky. Mrs. Katherine Hart is the chairman of the MBC Scholarship Fund and is assisted by Mrs. Emma Kendrick. This was the third Christian education scholarship awarded by the Macedonia Baptist Church.
