Earl Pidcock, 92, of Olmstead, died Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, at the Creekwood Place Nursing and Rehab Center in Russellville.

He was born in Todd County June 22, 1920, a son of the late Charlie and Essie Wolfe Pidcock.

Mr. Pidcock was a World War II Army veteran, retired carpenter and farmer. He was a member of the Dripping Spring Baptist Church, where he served as a Deacon for many years.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Nov. 7 at 1 p.m. at Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel. Burial followed in the Dripping Spring Cemetery. Visitation began Wednesday, Nov. 7 from 11 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Pallbearers were Michael Whitescarver, Wayne Pidcock, Wellyn Pidcock, Ronnie Dotson, David Dotson, Bobby Dotson and Larry Dotson.

He is survived by his sister-in-law, Kathleen Cox and several nieces and nephews.
