Greetings from the Antioch Community.
I just had six kids for Halloween. They were dressed so cute. Glad I don’t live in town. I heard about one lady that had 300 children. That can be quite expensive.
Visiting with Myrtle Pogue was Lorrie Hopper.
Vanessa Price and Judy White did the special Sunday morning. It was really good.
Melba Gibbs, Marcie Patterson and myself all attended the Baptist Women’s World Day of Prayer at the Liberty Baptist Church. The crowd was small, but they had a good service. We were glad to have two men join us. Their pastor was there and James Cox came with his wife.
A pot luck lunch was served, which we all enjoyed very much.
My brother-in-law kept an appointment with two Doctors on Monday. They did some tests. Sure hope he gets a good report. But he still stays sick at his stomach most of the time. That isn’t a very good feeling.
James and Sue have a good friend that lives in Florida that takes the papers, so she likes to hear how James is doing.
Visiting with Christine White was Jeanette, Nick and Zoie, Juley, Shelby Nelson, Ethan Belcher, Jimmy, Judy White, Jessica, Jesselyn and Isaac Robey, Jerry White came and got her groceries. Bobby, Barbara and Hannah, Carolyn White and Dorothy Henderson.
As light overcomes darkness, goodness can overcome will.
Have a Good Week.
