Greetings from the Antioch Community.
Hope everyone had a safe and Happy Halloween.
Be sure to run your clocks back one hour this weekend. Enjoy your extra hour of sleep Sunday morning.
J.C. and Barbara Key and members of the Lewisburg Lions Club attended the Lincoln Jamboree Saturday night in Hodgensville, Ky. It was really good.
J.C. and Barbara Key recently had the benefit for their grandson, Cooper Wade. They appreciated all who donated items and all who came by and bought the items. The benefit was a great success. This benefit was to help pay for Cooper’s medical bills. Cooper is 9 years old and is in a wheelchair part of the time.
Visiting with Myrtle Pogue was her nephew, Farmer Brown.
Kelly Hurt did the special at church Sunday morning. She has a beautiful voice and we love to hear her sing.
Visiting with Christine White was Dorothy Henderson, Juley and Shelby Nelson. Shelby came Sunday from church and brought Christine her dinner. It was their Homecoming at Beechland Baptist Church.
We sure are having some windy weather this morning. (Tuesday) But we are lots better off than the people where the storm is hitting.
When a day is hemmed with prayer, it is less likely to come unraveled.
Glendon Harris of Louisville recently had a Heart Attack. He and Sherri came down for the Reunion and then had the Heart attack on Tuesday of the next week. He is home now, but remember him in your prayers.
James Fuller had to see his Doctor Tuesday morning. Hope he can get a good report.
Have a Good Week.
