Greetings from the Antioch Community.
You are invited to the Russellville Baptist Mission each Sunday at 2 p.m. at 223 North Main Street in Russellville. Bro. Chad Johnson is the Minister. The first Sunday they had 28. Then last Sunday they had 16. His granny, Odessa Johnson, got to attend the first Sunday. He invites everybody to come.
My neighbor, Shirley Ballard, brought me some green beans, tomatoes, sweet peppers out of the garden, and they were really good. And also a bag of apples and they are good too.
Our Reunion was held Saturday at Elk Lick Activities Building. We had 37 present. Had some from Missouri, Tennessee and Louisville. I guess the rest were local. We had lots of good food to eat and had a good time visiting together. Richard and Susan Johnson were there with the Family Tree Charts.
Visiting with Myrtle Pogue was Linda Gilliam from California.
Tammy Sears got to attend a program in Owensboro on Saturday. She had to make a speech and she read it to us at church Sunday morning. Tammy is a special young lady.
Visiting with Christine White was her sister, Mae Davis, her daughter Sandy and her friend Donna. They returned home to Ohio on Friday. Jenny Brown and her Baby, a friend, Jenette and Zoie, Joey, Sherri White, Juley, Shelby Nelson, Juanita Key, Jerry and Irene White, Jessica, Isaac, Whitley, Jesselyn Robey, Dorothy Henderson, Jimmy and Judy White.
