Ben and Janice Harper of Franklin, Ky. are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Allie Nichole Harper to Kristopher Martin Brown, son of Marty and Shellie Brown of Franklin, Ky. and Tony and Kristie Melton of Hawesville, Ky.
Ms. Harper is the granddaughter of Dianne Holman and the late Tom Holman of Franklin, Ky. and the late Bruce West, and Clara Nell and Kenneth “Chico” Harper of Franklin, Ky.
Brown is the grandson of Sharon Logsdon and the late Sherman Logsdon of Owensboro, Ky., Martha and Richard Radford of Montgomery, Ala., and Barbara and Vincent Brown of Maceo, Ky.
Ms. Harper is a 2007 graduate of Franklin Simpson High School and a 2011 graduate of Western Kentucky University. She is currently employed with the Simpson County Board of Education.
Brown is a 2007 graduate of Franklin Simpson High School and is currently employed with Franklin Precision Industry.
The wedding will be at Middleton Baptist Church in Franklin, Ky. on Oct. 20, 2012, at 4 p.m. A reception will follow at the church. All friends and family are invited to attend.
