The Logan County Republican Women’s Club recently awarded its 2012 scholarships.

The recipients were all from Logan County High School. They included Emily Baker, Amelia Wilson, Kristen Carpenter and McKenzie Duncan.

Criteria for applicants is a proof of overall grade point average, participation in school and community activities, two letters of recommendation and should be or plan to be registered Republican voters. Each of these well qualified young women are a testimony to dedication and hard work.
