Ruth Costello, 86, of Adairville, died at NorthCrest Medical Center in Springfield, Tenn., on Wednesday, June 6, 2012.
She was born September 16, 1925 to the late Elige and Josie Ann Whitson Gibson in Logan County.
She had worked at Colburn Vending Company and was a member of the Adairville Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Carlel Costello, her son, Darrell Costello and grandson, Lynn Costello.
Funeral services for Ruth Costello will be conducted at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 9, 2012 at the Adairville Baptist Church with Bro. Mark Bond and Bro. Tom Lawhon officiating with burial to follow in the Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation at the church will be held after 5 p.m., Friday, June 8, 2012 and after 10 a.m. on Saturday until the funeral hour.
Pallbearers will be Jacob Slaton, Stanley Slaton, Gaige Chyle, David Williams, Kasey Perdue and Roger Gibson.
She is survived by a daughter, Vicki Perdue (Steve ) of Russellville; grandchildren, Kandi Slaton and Kasey Perdue, great grandchildren, Gaige Chyle, Cierra Johnson, Kelby Perdue and Kaelyn Perdue; and step great grandchildren, Jacob Slaton and Alexandra Slaton.
