Greetings from the Antioch Community.
The 90th Birthday Party for Odessa Johnson was a big success. 95 people signed her book and she got up in 90 cards as well as gifts. She really enjoyed her day. Her Grandson Chad Johnson made a lolk and told how his Granny had taught him how to live the right kind of life as he grew up. Tony Ashby led in singing Happy Birthday to her. Her daughter Phylis lit the candles on her cake and Odessa blew them out.
Odessa wanted to thank each one who helped make her 90th Birthday Party a special day.
I have had this bug that is going around and it has left me so weak that I can’t go. I hope it will soon run it’s race and will be gone. It sure is hard on an elderly person.
Myrtle Pogue has been in the hospital with pneumonia again. Hope she can soon be much better.
Those in to see Christine White was Jerry Saturday. Got her groceries for her, Juley, a friend Christina and Dorothy.
News is scarce and I don’t feel like writing either.
Have a good week.
