City council member Becky Tinch said at last month’s meeting that she would be looking into what it would take to get a website dedicated to the city of Adairville up and running. After making some inquiries, Tinch reported what she found out on Monday.
“I talked to the people over in Guthrie, because they have a really good website for their city and they put me in touch with the person that made it for them,” Tinch said.
Tinch said the individual, Matthew Bailey, charged Guthrie $400 to create the website and was willing to do something similar for Adairville.
Tinch said that after paying the $400 fee to have the site constructed, it would cost about an additional $15 per month to have the site hosted.
The council then voted unanimously to go ahead and begin the process of getting the website up and running.
