She was born in Logan County Sept. 24, 1947, a daughter of the late Ernest Wilson and the late Earmon Viney Wilson. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hyams was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Hyams.
Mrs. Hymes was a homemaker and a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 2 p.m. at Price Funeral Home with Brother Steve Reed officiating. Burial will follow in the Jarrett Cemetery. Visitation was held Monday, Nov. 14 at 4:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Thompson and husband Stacy of Russellville and Jennifer Holloway and husband Jason of Alameda, Calif.; her grandchildren, Christopher Wilson and Cody Wilson, both of Russellville; her great-grandchild, Terrance Wilson of Russellville; her sisters, Ila Jo Thomas, Ruthel Thomas and Brenda Anderson, all of Russellville and June Bilyeu and Beatrice Thomas and husband Elby, both of Auburn; her brothers, Glen Wilson and wife Brenda, Harold Wilson and wife Jacquline, Wayne Wilson and Junior Wilson, all of Russellville and Robert Wilson and wife Kathy of Lewisburg, and several nieces and nephews.
