Four students represent Logan County in District Competition

Four very talented young people represented Logan County Farm Bureau at the District 4 Outstanding Youth and Variety Contest held in Glasgow on November 1, 2008. In the Variety Contest, Tiffani Badgley played the piano and sang; her sister Emily sang parts of the selection with her. Tiffani and Emily are the daughters of Shawn and Angela Badgley. In the Outstanding Youth Competition, Catie Martin, daughter of Gayla Martin and the late Billy Martin, represented Logan County in the female division.

Logan Fugate, son of George and Amy Fugate, competed for the outstanding male title and received first place. Logan will participate in the state outstanding youth competition on Thursday, December 4, 2008 during the 89th Annual Farm Bureau Federation Meeting to be held at the Galt House in Louisville. These four youth were the Outstanding Youth and Variety winners in the county Farm Bureau competition held September 20, 2008, in conjunction with the Logan County Farm Bureau Annual Membership Meeting.
