There are times when most of us feel, as people call it, "stressed out." But what does "stressed out" really feel like? Some of the symptoms of being “stressed out” are feeling overwhelmed by life's daily expectations or not feeling physically relaxed, with our muscles tightened and our jaws are clinched tightly.
