She was born in Logan County on July 4, 1926, a daughter of the late Ben Mantlo and Lizzie Fisher Mantlo.
Ms. Bromm was a former clerk for Perry Drug Store in Russellville and a member of Post Oak Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held March 4 at Memorial Funeral Home in Russellville, with Bro. Wilbur Powell officiating. Burial followed in the Red River Cemetery.
Pallbearers were David Shaffer, Josh Shaffer, Chris Hudnall, Nick Hudnall, Michael Barnhart and Ray Fulks.
Ms. Bromm is survived by her sons, Ben Goley of Fort Worth, Texas and David Martin of Lawrenceburg; her sister, Frances Lightfoot of Olmstead; and her grandchildren, Ashley Martin, April Martin, Erin Goley and John Goley.
