Thomas Earl Holman, 73, of Franklin, died Dec. 31, 2004 at the Medical Center of Bowling Green. Funeral services were Jan. 3, 2005 at 1 p.m. at the Crafton Funeral Home with the Brothers Denny Burchett and Butch Morris officiating. Burial followed in the Sulphur Spring Cemetery with Military Rites conducted by Simpson County Honor Guard.

Mr. Holman was a native of Logan County. He was the son of the late Earl and Virginia Sears Holman. He was retired from Combined Insurance Company of America where he was the State Manager. He was a member of Bethel Church of Christ, but carried Middleton Baptist Church as his home church. He was also an Army Veteran.

Along with his parents, Mr. Holman was preceded in death by his brothers, Bobby and Donnie Holman.

Surviving Mr. Holman is his wife, Diane Pitt Holman of Franklin; his daughters, Janice Harper of Middleton, Connie Holman of Lexington, and Cindy Massey of Alabama; his son, Jeff Holman of Bowling Green; and five grandchildren.
