Viola Long, 50, of Russellville, died Tuesday, April 15, 2003 in Indianapolis, Ind.

She was born in Logan County on Jan. 17, 1953, a daughter of the late Robert Long Sr. and Frances Cage Long.

Mrs. Long was a former employee of Red Kap Industries in Russellville and a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Olmstead.

Graveside services were held Saturday, April 19 at Cedar Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Eddie Bigbee officiating.

She is survived by her brothers, James Robert Log Jr. of Olmstead, and Charles Frances and Joe Louis Long, both of Indianapolis, Ind.; her sisters, Sarah Long Stovall and Martha Long Copeland, both of Russellville; her aunts, Lucille Long Kennedy of Cincinnati, Ohio and Dorothy Cage Grinter of Russellville; her uncles, Carl Cage of Clarksville, Tenn., Edward Cage of Russellville, and Sylvester Cage of Olmstead, and several nieces and nephews.
