Lewisburg's Mohon and Coursey of visiting Olmstead battled all night in a close girls basketball game at Lewisburg this week. Mohon finished with 16 points and Coursey with 18. After a 26-26 tie in regulation, they each scored 4 points in OT.
Tara Christmas and Laura Williams each hit a free throw for Lewisburg in the extra period for the winning margin in the 32-30 Lady Ranger win.
Lewisburg hit 10 of 22 free throws (5 of 14 in the last quarter and OT) while Olmstead was 4 of 13 (2 of 8).
Olmstead, which is much improved of late, led 10-5 after a quarter and 24-21 after three.
