If your kindergartener to eight year old is ready for an overnight 4-H camping experience then Cloverbud Camp is the place to start! Cloverbud Camp is specifically designed for young campers, and their parents, who are not ready for a week of a residential camping experience. The length of stay is two night and three days.

Campers participate in the traditional camp activities offered at 4-H camp including canoeing, crafts, cooking, fishing, and nature as well as fun afternoon and evening activities including swimming and field games. Cloverbud Camp will be held July 29-31 at West KY 4-H Camp in Dawson Springs. The cost of camp is $80 per Cloverbud and includes meals, lodging, staffing, program costs, and a t-shirt. Adults, and teens 16 years and older, are $50. Transportation is on your own to and from camp.

Cloverbud Camp is a great way for young campers to enjoy the fun of summer camp as they experience their first safe and fun overnight camping experience.

For more information on the West KY 4-H Cloverbud Camp and other 4-H activities contact your Logan County Cooperative Extension Service at 726-6323.

All Kentucky 4-H Camps are ACA accredited.

Educational programs of the Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service serve all people regardless of race, color, age, sex, religion, disability, or national origin.
