The game that everyone is talking about will take place at Diddle Arena on Monday night, after the NDL press deadline. The Franklin-Simpson Wildcats will play the Bowling Green Purples in the 4th region semifinals at 6pm. The Purples are (30-2) on the season. The Wildcats are (26-6) with only two regional loses, both to Bowling Green.

While all the talk is about Bowling Green and Franklin, The Russellville Panthers look to quietly slip into the regional championship to face either the Wildcats or Purples. The Panthers beat Monroe County to open up the regional tournament. The score was 80-48. Clinton County then surprised Greenwood by knocking out the Gators 50-42. This sets up a match between Russellville and Clinton County on Monday night at WKU.

The Clinton County Bulldogs (23-9) have already played Russellville once this season. The Panthers won the game 78-72 in overtime.

If the Panthers beat the Bulldogs late Monday, they will play for the 4th region championship on Tuesday. The game will tip-off at 6pm at Diddle Arena.
