Russellville hosts British Soccer Camp


Photos by OJ Stapleton|NDL For the second consecutive year, Russellville Parks and Rec hosted a British Soccer Camp at the new athletic park off Armory Drive.


The camp ran Monday through Friday last week and was open to children of all ages.


Each child was coached by a member of an elite team of British soccer coaches, hand selected, trained and flown to the USA exclusively, to work on these programs.


Campers learned a variety of soccer skills, while playing fun games and meeting new friends.


Challenger Sports once again teamed up with City of Russellville Parks and Recreation to host the week long “British Soccer Camp” during the week of June 6th – June 10th 2016, at Russellville Sports Complex 400 Armory Drive, Russellville.

The camp ran Monday through Friday and each child was coached by a member of an elite team of 1,200 British soccer coaches, hand selected, trained and flown to the USA exclusively, to work on these programs. Challenger Sports will hold over 4,000 Soccer programs this year and we will coach over 225,000 players between the ages of 3 and 19.
