Two Logan County High School students have recieved Governor’s Scholars (GSP) scholarships to attend Western Kentucky University in the fall. Sye Head of Russellville has recieved a GSP scholarship to attend WKU. He is the son of Greg and Pam Head and is currently a senior at LCHS. He plans to major in pre-medicine and psychology. The Stevenson Elementary first grade students took a field trip on Tuesday to the Logan County FFA greenhouse. The students were taught about the different parts of plants, took a tour of the greenhouse and were shown how to plant seeds in a tray of soil. SES students raise more than $2,000 for charity
