Another traffic stop by the Logan County Sheriff’s Department proves to be successful as deputies locate crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia. On Sunday, Feb. 17, deputy Kyle Harvey of the Logan County Sheriff’s Department, pulled over 56-year-old Deloris H. Stacker of Russellville for a traffic violation.
