The Logan County Department for Community Based Services offices will be moving to a larger facility beginning Monday, April 8, 2013.
“The new office space is larger and can accommodate the office’s increase in customers. Space is more adequate for private staff-client meetings, archived filing and a more comfortable customer reception area,” said Anya Armes Weber, Public Information Officer for the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
The old office is located at 342 West 3rd Street in Russellville, where it has been for years.The new facility will be located at 88 Robin’s Way in Russellville, right beside the office of Dr. Mathis.
During the move, staff will be located at both sites to better help clients during the transition. The phone numbers will not be changing and the community can reach both Logan County Family Support and Protection & Permanency at 270-726-9557 (Family Support) or 270-726-3516 (Protection & Permanency).
