The Russellville High School Athletic Hall of Fame got two new members on Friday night between games of the “Clash of the Cats” with Logan County.

Granville Taylor, who graduated in 1955, was inducted by Jim Riley. Taylor was a standout football player for the Panthers.

Also inducted was the late Harold Hunter. Hunter coached football, basketball and baseball at Russellville in the 1940s and 1950s before becoming the school’s principal. Ken Smith presented Hunter’s daughters, Hattie Carter and Pam Holdscraft, with his Hall of Fame plaque on Friday.
