Roy Mosier, 75, of C. Dodson Lane in Russellville, died Friday, November 16, 2012, at his home.

He was a Tennessee native, born June 15, 1937, to the late William Jackson Mosier and Carrie Binkley Mosier. He was an educator with the Russellville Independent School System and was a Photographer. He was a member of the Fellowship Church of Christ.

A Memorial Service for Roy Mosier will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, November 18, 2012, in the new Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Danny Williams officiating. There will be visitation Sunday beginning at 1 p.m. and lasting until the service hour.

He is survived by his wife, Ann Mosier; son, Sean Mosier (Stacy) of Russellville; daughter, Karen Day (Steve) of Louisville; brothers, Coy Mosier, Harold Mosier, Jimmy Mosier and Jerry Mosier, all of Tennessee; sisters, Linda Mosier and Pat Sturgis, both of Tennessee; thress grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Expressions of sympathy may be in the form of donations to the Fellowship Church Backpack Program or Cosair Children’s Hospital. Envelopes will be available at the Funeral Home.
