Maxola Holman, 89, of Russellville, Kentucky died on Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012, at Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
She was born in Russellville Thursday, Nov. 9, 1922, a daughter of the late Wallace Holman and the late Violetta Gass Holman. In addition to her parents, Ms. Holman was preceded in death by her brothers, Alton Holman, Frank Holman and Douglas Holman.
Ms. Holman was employed by Red Kap. She was a member of Center Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Sept. 26 at 2 p.m. at Price Funeral Home, Inc. with the Loyd Houchens officiating. Burial followed in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation began Tuesday, Sept. 25 after 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
She is survived by her sisters, Nancy Cole, Annie Nash (Boyd) and Norene Pursley, all of Russellville, and several nieces and nephews.
