Lola Haley, 71, of Russellville, died Monday, Feb. 25, 2013, at her home.

She was born in Logan County on July 26, 1941, a daughter of the late Lee and Birdie Collins.

Mrs. Haley was formerly employed with Emerson Electric and is a member of the Sycamore Baptist Church.

Funeral services were held Thursday, Feb. 28 at 2 p.m. in the Young Funeral Home Auburn Chapel with Brother Andy Haley and Brother Chris Odle officiating. Burial followed in the Felts Cemetery. Visitation began at the funeral home Wednesday, Feb. 27 from 5-8 p.m. and Thursday, Feb. 29 from 8 a.m. until time for service.

Pallbearers were Shane Napier, Michael Napier, Travis McCreary, Daniel Porter, Corey Stratton, Shane Brown, Tommy Collins and David VanCleave.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Haley; her sons, Wayne VanCleave of Columbus, Ohio and Terry Brown and Nicki of Sullivan, Ind.; her step-sons, Jason Haley and Jenny of Bowling Green and Andy Haley and Kendra of Hanson; her daughters, Teresa Hudson of Auburn and Connie Sexton of Columbus, Ind.; her brothers, Albert Collins and Ronald Collins, both of Auburn and Eugene Collins of Russellville; his sister, Marie Hollins McChesney of Russellville; nine grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
