Llewellyn J. “Susie” Vance Kemper, 70, of Russellville, died Sunday November 25, 2012, at her home.

Mrs. Kemper was born October 9, 2012 in Newland N.C., to the late Everett Ira and Maxine Franklin Vance. Her daughter Dr. Loretta Beth Kemper also preceded her in death.

She was retired as office manager from the Logan County Health Department.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Wednesday November 28, 2012, in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Luton’s Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4-8 p..m. and again on Wednesday beginning at 11 a.m.

Surviving Mrs. Kemper are her husband, William M. Kemper of Russellville; son, William Kemper Jr., of Russellville; sisters, Loretta V. (Gary A.) Buchanan, of Montezuma, N.C., Martha V. (Franklin L.) Tugman of Deep Gap, N.C. and several nieces and nephews.
