John DeWitt Eaton, 80, of Guthrie, died Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013, at Hearthstone Place.
He was born in Portland, Ore. on Aug. 9, 1932, a son of the late John and Mary Fraley Eaton.
There will be no public visitation or funeral. There was a celebration of life on Saturday, Jan. 26 at 3 p.m. at 317 Norris Street Guthrie.
He is survived by his sisters, Mary Eaton and Hylah Cauley, both of Oregon and his nieces, Hylah Moncy of Oregon and Merrilee Wolfe of Guthrie.
