Mr. Crotzer was an active member of the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church.
Surviving Mr. Crotzer are his wife Edith Crotzer of Elkton; his son Larry Crotzer of Chattanooga, Tenn.; two daughters, Barbara Graves of Chattanooga, Tenn. and Brenda Jefferson of Oak Grove, Mo; his sister Helen Crotzer of Clarksville, Tenn; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
