Raymond “Wheels” Barker, 69 of Dunmor, died April 4, 2012.
He was born March 5, 1943.
He served in the U.S. Navy from 1963 to 1966. After he lost a leg to illness in 20o8 he still worked tirelessly to help veterans in times of financial need through Hometown Veterans, a local Kentucky based organization
Services will be in Key West Florida at a later date.
He is survived by his step son Tyler Derenberger and grand daughter Christina Mattarn. He will be missed by both his adopted family, friends and fellow veterans.
